1.a nurse here in the philippines i would like to take the

nclex-rn exam for the state of vermont could you please tell me where i could find the application of this nclex exam and what are the requirements?.

2. can i ask if the fingerprint card is still needed for the application

3. .is the state of vermont will send me the application package or they email me?please help im confused...........

CA BRN does not accept c. cards. Bank draft will do.

hello..i need help..i want to apply for VERMONT but my license is still on the process for renewal and then I can claim my renewed license still of April and I want to submit my application ASAP. Can I submit later my license or can I submit a certification. Please I need an answer..

If you can claim your new license by April, better to just wait for it. It is not that long or far off. There is absolutely no advantage of applying ASAP in times of retrogression. Even if you have an unexpired license now and apply and send it now, it would also not make a difference either.

You need to ask VT BON directly for that. Usual time for processing is indicated on their website as well and other details are on their application form and instructions. But like I said, it actually doesn't matter if you are able to send in your application now, complete with an unexpired license or a certification or wait until April to send a new license with them. With the grand scheme of things, a 1 month or so difference would not matter and had heard of several reports of other application forms getting their eligibility note/letter sooner even though they sent in their application forms much later than those who sent on a much earlier date but are incomplete. In fact, other State BON (New Mexico for example) do not accept incomplete application forms and req'ts anymore and return the whole thing as soon as they concluded that it was incomplete. Your choice on what to do.

There is also no VT NCLEX. NCLEX is a national exam and is the same where ever one applies for licensure.

Just had a skim of the requirements, pay particular attention to item #5. It says there, they want a license with good standing, and with an indicated expiration date.

Please refer to the link I gave. Just click the link and it will direct you to VT's website and please read the instructions there. Everything is on their website and all instructions are in the application form w/c an applicant must download and print for herself as VT does not send hard copies of it by mail. The application forms are only for download and should be printed by the prospective applicant themselves and then filled up and sent by mail.

The CES is not a requirement. VT evaluates your transcripts directly to be sent by your school together with the verification of education form w/c the school registrar must fill up and sent by them on a separate mail.

The applicant will send a separate mail, together with the other requirements plus the fee. It needs a copy of the licence, in good standing order and with an indicated un-expired date. See item #5 on the list of requirements on the application form specific for foreign-educated nurses.

hi, wanna know. i already have the form. and filled up some part of the form. What i want to know are the following:

1. what form of payment would be send to the BON in vermont

2. What's the address for the BON?

3. are we gonna be sending the requirments all in one envelope?

4. please do help me.
