hi there dude i don't believed about that they prioritized us graduate from that Capitol because I'am also graduated there and applied there too but up until now i wasn't call by the hrd,,, i ask our dean why they are not still calling us ... she just told me that the capitol will start calling this coming February or before January ends:o:o
