RN generic full Time fall 2014- Miami dade college

Published

I'm applying for the Generic Full Time RN program for fall 2014 (August). I took my NLN Pax exam already and got an overall score of 143. Curious if this will be goof enough to get in? Can't find any stats since the previous test was the TEAS... Looking forward to hearing back from anyone else that has taken the test already. Thx.

For me dade was my plan a & b for this year so all my cookies are riding I this school!

Thats the thing though you cant depend all on dade. Thats why you should have applied at multiple schools. If gives you a higher chance to be accepted into a nursing program. For example I applied at dade, nova, fiu, and barry. But dade was my first choice. Ive been accepted into barry bsn program, but its too expensive.

I was accepted into UM, but it's way to expensive. Which is why Dade is my first choice. It's affordable!

Yea I agree I was going to apt to nova but I'm still missing nutrition and stats which I'm taking this summer. So yea here's being hopeful!! And nova is expensive too

I don't think you guys should take this out of proportion. This is all part of the process, you have to go through all these emotions until you finally know the results. I believe it's best to stay positive and keep your eyes on the prize. Remember, all those who are now nurses, even those taking the nclex rn all went through these issues of just getting into the program. Your not in this alone, ladies. Keep your head up. I go back and read past applicants who got into the program, those who are currently in the program, and it's all very inspiring. This obstacle is nothing compared of what's to come. Stay blessed, Ladies.
