Here's how to prepare for pharm questions: Know the ending ( suffix ) example - lol is beta-blockers now name 3 -5 in that class and what they are for and 3 most common sides effects common to all beta-blockers. If you know the suffix you can make an educated guess if you are not sure or don't know. I hope this helps. Be sure to take a break from studying before the test. Fresh minds answer questions better. Good luck.
The only advice I can offer is if you truly do not feel ready, then you should consider rescheduling and take the test after you feel you have sufficiently prepared. Maybe you just need to relax at this point. Anyway, good luck.
Hi calioter thanks for your advice, but i think even if i extend the date, i will be in same mood so better to finish the exam.I think the NCLEX is all about the critical thinking and the mindset during those few hours.
A friend of mine who passed gave me this quote...although my exam's weeks away...it certainly has been a greta help for me since i heard it..
"If you prayed, dont worry. If you worry, you didnt pray."
And here's a post from one who passed last year...she posted it seven hours before she took the exam...it's uplifting...

Three more days for you to get ready! Remember to relax the day of the exam...=)
God bless you!:nuke:

Hi everybody, am going to take my nclex on 6th and i really dont know what to do.I am really worried about the pharmacology part,am not remembering and going lot wrong when i practice. What should i do for the next 7 days, do i have to do more questions or just review the saunders once again like just turning pages. What else should i do.I dont feel any anxiety or fear,is that mean i am overconfident or not done my practice properly. am not sure wat to do. Plz any suggestions.
