Whether you are on probation or not you still are an RN. I truly haven't heard that it makes a difference. Luckily, all the nurses on here are very knowledgable about many aspects of licensing issues; so you posted in the best place. I'm certain your gonna find it doesn't matter!!!good luck

Hello all,
I currently work as a nursing assistant in Orange County California. The Ca BRN has said they will be issuing me a probationary license sometime later this year since I already passed the NCLEX. My place of employment has highly encouraged me to begin an RN to BSN program as soon as possible after the RN board issues me a probationary license. This is were I have hit a HUGE road block. Please help.... Does anyone know of any, and I mean ANY school nationwide online program that will allow me to begin and finish an RN to BSN program while on probation with the CA BRN? Any help, advice or direction would be much appreciated. Thanks!
