Hi everyone! Thought to start a forum for Riverside Community Hospital's staRN program that starts in September 2024. Let's keep each other updated or if anyone hears back for interviews.

I interviewed almost 2 pm, interviewer was pleasant, I still appreciated the chance for interviewing, but by then, they probably have chosen their candidates already  to fill the spots. oh well, on to the next one...

When the managers left the room, that was probably their lunch break, But  they should have communicated it to the the group.  And they should have acknowledged the deviation from the schedule and the delay. Because in the email, they event was meant to be from 0900-1230. and many people have obligations , work, kids etc...

Has anyone heard back from them yet? Shadowing done last week

I did my shadow shift today for the ED & I was told there are still more shadow shifts scheduled for this week and we can expect an update pertaining to our application status by the end of next week 🙂

Is this the same for ICU? Has anyone heard anything about ICU candidates?

I asked the manager for Med Surg and said they should call everyone today, but at the same time this is the second deadline they're giving me. Has anyone heard back yet?

They told me the same, they said starting today they would start sending out offers

How did the shadow shift go? Did you ask questions and was your nurse inviting?
