I had pretty much the same experience! I had two rounds of interview yesterday, did my shadow shift today and had a quick interview with the unit manager. She said we should hear something from the recruiter in a couple of days!

It was very disappointing to see preferential treatment of certain students. you come in late and yet, they get interviewed first. It's supposed to be equal opportunity for everyone. But hey, I am an adult and know that in reality, some things are just not fair. 

So by the time I got interviewed, everybody else was gone except the interviewer, and I came in before 9.

I didn't notice anything like that, I got there before 9 as well, and I'm pretty sure they interviewed in order and depending on the department that you selected... I didn't even got the opportunity to interview for both departments that I selected, but I think I got the same chances as anyone else for what was my first choice

I was talking about Tuesday. and it's not just me, multiple people pointed this happening on Tuesday. Wednesday was medsurg day, Tuesday was IMC, SICU, and MICU

I'm sorry that happened to you, I heard that for ICU they only had a couple spots open, not sure about the other units. I had a really pleasant experience with the med surg event

Thank you, it's OK now, there is nothing that can be done about it.

what time did u interview? I also went Tuesday but left without interviewing when the managers just got up and left the room without saying anything. I was also there early and was fed up with how much of my time was wasted

Hi I also interviewed Tuesday and arrived at 0830. I had to wait until after 1230 to get interviewed and when I got my second interview, it was the worst experience I ever had. I did not feel comfortable at all and felt as if I was not welcomed.
