Hello I wanted to start a thread for RCC Nursing Spring 2015!!!!! Anyone that will be applying to the program for spring 2015 lets get together to chat and support each other through this process!!!!! Good Luck everyone!!! Hope to see u guys in class next spring!!!:)

Can someone tell me if its okay to deliver my official transcripts after I order them? Or can I mail them directly to the school, and if so what address?

Hey Karmat, how did you make an appointment with the Academic Advisor for the Nursing Program?

I called the Academic Adviser for Nursing and set an appointment with her. She was extremely helpful. Just call the SON and she should have some availability for setting appointments.

I hand delivered my transcripts to the SON. You can also have them sent to the SON when you order them. Make sure you follow-up to make sure the SON has received them.

You should receive an email receipt a couple of weeks after you sent the application via email to the SON.

Thanks! I sent an email and she called me the next day. :) She also said to apply to SON and once the application period to RCC is open, to reapply. I have an appointment with her today as well. Thanks for the reply!

Hi! I'm submitting my app this week but haven't taken the TEAS. I'm still studying. It doesn't say on the app that they require it before the deadline like they require the transcripts. Anybody know by when they need TEAS scores in? I'm hoping I get selected to take it for free, but I don't want to miss being considered due to missing scores. Thanks!

If you got a 4.0 in your sciences then for sure you should be getting invited to take the TEAs. And if so the exam will be sometime early November. I'm in the same boat with you. As far as the deadline for the exam I would say as soon as possible. But no later than November.

I just received my receipt for my application. It states that the teas must be submitted by 11/7. Invitations will be sent out mid October for those invited to take the teas at RCC. Good luck!

Hello everyone,

I too just applied to the RN program for the spring 2015. I am an LVN that has been out school for awhile so I decided to do the generic program. I have 55 points without the TEAS. I have all A's and A'- in my science courses. I have a 3.46 in my general Ed so I am hoping to get invited to take the TEAS Test. I just started studying for it. I hope we all get in. This has been such a long process.
