Riverside Community College Spring 2012 Applicants

Did anyone else apply to the RCC program for Spring 2012? Does anyone know if we will have to wait until January to find out whether or not we get in? I'm hoping they will let us know by December. This waiting is torture!

I replied to the email saying i accept and printed so I can take the paper with me to intake. It has a space where we check mark and sign.

Congrats to those that got accepted to the program.

I wasn't accepted nor was I put on the alternate list.

It's ok since I already have a back-up plan in place in case I wasn't accepted into a nursing program by January 2012. I'm an older student who made a career change after my layoff in mid 2009. Personally, I cannot waste anymore time trying to get into a RN program. I'm glad my pre-reqs were transferable to another allied health program.

Regardless, we're all embarking in a new career in the health care field to help others in need.

CONGRATULATIONS TO YOU ALL THAT GOT IN !! OK...at first I got the "I regret to inform you..." email, and I was sooo disappointed ! I called Jackie to see where I could improve for next time since I had 85 pts, and she said she'd call me back. Within 5 minutes, I got an email saying it was a mistake and I'm in !!!! Wahooo !!!
