Just submitted my application for fall 2014 at RCC!! Waiting on receipt confirmation!

Yeah I totally understand how you guys feel, RCC's selection process is not very transparent and open to applicants!!

I read somewhere on their website one time that "they reserve the right to invite selected students into the program",

I thought that was so suspicious and maybe this answers why they are not so open with the whole process and rules...
