I've gotten my confirmation email, and am hoping to get in this time around! ☺️

Hello Everyone! wishing the best on anyone applying for Spring 2018 to get in!

This is my third time applying for RCC and anxiously waiting and fearful to be rejected once more. Thinking positive this time around

I have applied to several schools apart from here so I will be happy anywhere I go, but RCC is my number one choice.

I currently have 64 points. I advise anyone who hasn't taken the TEAS to study hard to get more points possible.

GOOD LUCK!

Well I wish you luck I hope you get in because I'm a little low on the points and I'm hoping there is hope to get in after that many times applying. This is my second time

Thank You! My first time being rejected, I was so upset but now it being my third time applying I've learned to be positive and not be discouraged. Everything happens for a reason and I know this is my dream job so only good thoughts :). I talked to Jackie a few weeks ago and by the looks of it being in the 70's and 60's range seems like a good spot. She had said a lot of people dropped points and some people went from being in the 80s down to 70s or 70s to 60s. So it all depends on the pool of people applying.

Best wishes for everyone applying. I received my confirmation that RCC received my application now its just a waiting game. I'm counting 58 points without the TEAS exam. They should email students with the highest GPAs next month and I'm hoping I'll be part of that group. Anyone else get their application confirmation emails?

Also, I've been studying for the TEAS but anyone have any recommendations on extra practice exams/test prep books? I'm using the official ATI one currently but I've gone through it twice so I'm looking for more practice books.

Wow! 58 points w/o TEAS score is a very good start. I'm using the " ATI TEAS Secrets" by Mometrix. It comes with 3 practice tests and the company also has YouTube videos. Good luck!

I wish you the best of luck! This is my first time applying. I've been studying for the TEAS exam hoping I get invited to take it at RCC, but I am so nervous, I don't feel ready to take the test. Again best of luck!

This will be my 3rd time applying at RCC. I used to have 78 points but will now have 63 points under this new point system. I called Jackie and asked her if that's a good amount and she said she doesn't know. I'm really hoping I get in. Best luck to everyone :)

Hi everyone! Has anyone received an invite to take the TEAS at RCC yet? If not, Does anyone know when they're sending the invites?

Hi everyone! Has anyone received an invite to take the TEAS at RCC yet? If not, Does anyone know when they're sending the invites?

I was told mid-October, so I'm guessing sometime next week.

They usually send invites in November from what I remember

I was told the same thing as FutureRN951, invite/rejection letters go out mid-October to take the test mid-November.

Still no TEAS invite anybody?
