Yeah well I'm thinking it's a lost cause anyways applying with 60 points isn't realistic and this is my second time applying. I've been taking pre reqs since 09

Don't get discorouged. Make an appointment with Jackie ask what you can do to have a better chance. I started my pre reqs in ‘06.

Does that mean you were an alternate last semester, didn't get in. And then this semester you got accepted ?

I never got an email :( Has anyone not gotten an email yet? Also does anyone know if it takes awhile to all be sent, like maybe some people get them way later and others earlier?

I'm getting worried!

You should call Steve first thing Monday morning. How many points do you have?

i had like 85-83 i don't really know lol.... n11 isn't really something you can bush up for you just have to be organized. oh they give you your first two weeks of work at boot camp dont wait to do it just get it done it will help a lot because you are so busy the first two weeks.

you should get your letter like at 5 but they sent out ours on Monday.

@ barrelchic I have a few more questions. From what time to what time are you at school? I want to see about keeping my current job as part time. For the physical do they make you lift a required weight? I'm pretty petite ☹️ Do you start clinicals your first semester? Are you assigned clinical sites or do you choose where to do your clinicals? Thank you!

Hey,

The seminar/clinical times might be different for your class so what we say might not be accurate. I personally didn't have to lift a weight but I didn't get my physical at RCC. You do start clinical the first semester but going to a hospital is during the last rotation and only 4 weeks. You can choose your clinical site by registering for a particular section, more info on that might be given at boot camp/email.

Yay! I was accepted too! See all you future RNs soon! My points were 70.

i didn't have to lift anything. your time on campus depends on the cohort you have. i was there m-th and usually Friday and sat. the in hospital clinical start the last five weeks and you pick them when you register.

the class schedule is up that will give you an idea
