Riverside City College: Spring 2017

Greetings all future RN students. I just wanted to start a thread for any potential applicants who will be applying to riverside city college RN program this September for Spring 2017. Let's all get together on this thread and share experiences as well as answer questions. I know the application period is 6 months away, but it will be here before you know it!

I may be mistaken, but I think RCC only accepts the first score you get.

Since it's a new edition they will accept which ever score is higher

You send them to RCC through the ati online store. Ati sends you a email stating that the scores were sent successfully, but if I were you I'd call RCC to verify.

So i just got my email that RCC received my application. The acceptance/denial letters will be sent out mid-December. Invitations to take tge TEAS there will be sent out on October 14. They are accepting scores for either TEAS V or VI. TEAS results need to be emailed to RCC by November 4. I had to call today to makr sure. Hope this helps all of you! Best of luck!!!

I sent my application in on Sept. 1.

I sent mine on the 1st too. Hopefully I'll get the email soon. Has anyone else received their confirmation emails?

Was there suppose to be a specific title for the emails subject? Because I put "fall 2016 application for spring 2016 admittance".

They should be specific on what to put on the subject. I just put my name and nursing application

There was a specific name for the application. I put fall 2016 for the first one. When I opened the email that I used to send my app, I read over the application and noticed it was blank (possibly due to outdated adobe reader). I also noticed instructions for a specific name Toward the bottom of the application. I freaked out and submitted a whole new application with the right name.
