Hi there!

Welcome to the Forum for Prospective Nursing students starting in Spring of 2020.

The application period (subject to change and directly from RCC website) opens from the First Business day in September- the First Business day in October to apply for Spring.

Also, Please let me know if creating a Facebook group would be more streamlined.

Feel free to share questions, comments, concerns!

There should be no need to repeat anything, but yes, hope and prayers are most likely the needed extras

I have a question, have any of you registered yet for NRN 11? I received an email from ****** with the sections we should use(CEP vs Trad ADN), but should we wait until next week? Are the sections related to where we will have our clinical? Any thoughts??

They are related, but Mrs. ***** said during the last meeting that they hadn't completed arranging the clinical site schedule and also we wouldn't be able to pick anymore due to a few bad seeds from a previous semester making things difficult for admissions and records when it came to registering. If you're feeling anxious, register for a section and drop after Mondays boot camp if they decide we are able to choose based on clinical site.

During the 1st meeting she said something about some students not exactly being nice about getting into their desired sections and I guess they were demanding and making things unpleasant for the registrar.

When did you become compliant on complio/email Mrs. **** ? And how soon after did she clear you ?

I emailed Mrs. **** on 1/10 with my final immunization and TB test. Complio clearance was 1/14. Just received email from Mrs. **** today 1/24. She only works Mondays and Tuesdays and it takes some time to review everything. You could follow up Monday if you haven’t heard back.
