Hello ? decided to create a thread for those applying to the Rio Hondo 2021 ADN program!
Just submitted my application yesterday.
The anticipation is killing me!
Has anyone received an acceptance letter yet? Seems to be cutting it a bit close to their mandatory meeting on October 30, to not be receiving any acceptance letters by now. ?
I originally thought they would be sending emails regarding acceptance, with regular mail being slow during COVID and all.
Hello everybody, I'm new to this thread. I applied to LVN to RN bridge program this Spring as well. I read the old thread and it seems like the acceptance letters come out very very late, sometimes just 1 or 2 days before the orientation. Theres a high chance that we have to wait until next week to see if we got an acceptance letter!

When I applied to LVN program I got a letter said I was not qualified since I don't have my high school transcript posted. I was mad since I submitted everything already. I had to go to the nursing office and it turns out for some reason the counselor could not retrieve my high school transcript. Thats why I think getting too early letter might be a bad sign LOL.
This wait is killing me, so glad to have found this thread! I've imagined everyone receiving letters and I'm thinking some rejection is coming at the end of November...
Here’s mine:
Science GPA: 3.6
Overall: 3.2
AA
Bachelor’s degree
CNA/HHA
Volunteer Hours
3 life experiences
TEAS: 80.0% (proctored exam crashed 7 times!! 4.5 hr exam turned into 6 hrs!! Im certain this had a negative impact on my score)
I ordered my TEAS transcript immediately after my exam and for some.reason now feel paranoid that Rio did not recieve it "/
This wait is rough.
If not accepted this time around, when is the next application dates??
Good luck everyone!
