Hello. I haven't seen a thread for Rio Hondo ADN Spring 2024 applicants so I made one for anyone else who is applying and has questions or wants to keep in touch for the application process.
Best of luck to everyone!

I could be wrong, but I believe there's a new set of books, or at least a new book for each class. So I think the books on the list right now are for 130 and 130 L. I also called the bookstore because the books were not available online, apparently we either have to wait a little longer or request them from the manager... did anyone else try and have a different response?

I asked if it was acceptable to have an ebook or buy used and was told that it was the faculty's first time using the text and that it may be best to buy new in case we needed an access code. And here I was hoping to save some money, haha! Hopefully we get some more insight December 8th. These books are pretty expensive...

Girl for real, no my thing is I NEED the book store to get it together because I'm in EOPS and they only reimburse me for books purchased from the book store *ugly cry LOL

I was accepted at Southwest too. Congratulations! Rio is closer to me though, so I'll keep my spot there. Best of luck to you in your nursing career!

Good luck! So glad you found a better fit for you! We have to do what's best, always! Too bad we won't be in class together though!
