Rio Hondo College ADN Spring 2024

Hello. I haven't seen a thread for Rio Hondo ADN Spring 2024 applicants so I made one for anyone else who is applying and has questions or wants to keep in touch for the application process.

Hi, can anyone help me? How many CRNs is everyone registered for? I originally registered for all the CRNs initially emailed to us. I noticed last week an email was sent with less CRNs and I asked if we switch to those but never got a response. I'm just wondering if I'm signed up for the wrong things? 

9 units (130,130L,131,131L&132) and one non credit (nurse skills lab), so six CRNs

I haven't bought any of my books yet; 

But I do want to ask, would it be better to buy the digital or physical book? 

the only concern I have for the digital book,  is we have to keep on renewing the subscription when the term is over.

I'm going to buy the digital books just because I can have them all in one place at all times. The subscription is 120 days so 4 months and our semester ends May 24th I believe. So I will probably buy them on Sunday just to be good!

Anyone else nervous they are forgetting something for tomorrow?

I'm feeling a little nervous and anxious. I just haven't bought my books for Pharmacology because I'm not sure if we need to enroll in the class. But other than that I think I have everything.

Yes we all should be enrolled in pharmacology! Class starts Tuesday.

Hi! I saw your comments on both Mt Sac and Rio Hondo 2024 Spring forums. Mt Sac and Rio Hondo also accepted me for this cycle, and I saw you chose Rio Hondo last cycle. I want to ask what made you decide to go to Rio Hondo, and I appreciate your input! Thank you!

don't go to Rio, go to Sac instead

I just saw Rio's graduation rates and attrition rates, now I wonder why they had good reputation despite that? your the second Rio student who warned us about going to Rio.
