Hi y’all, I just notice Rio Hondo posted their application deadline on their website. I was wondering if anyone is also applying?

This is going to be my second time applying.

Are you guys all accepting your spot?

Is anyone in a position like I am where I have had the chicken pox when I was a child, therefore, have immunity to it and have a POSITIVE titer, but castle branch still requires the Varicella shot??

Yes! That was the first thing I did, and just waiting on a reply. I was just curious if others here is in the same situation and had it figured out before I did. Thanks for replying though!

I believe if you have immunity, and you have the proof of that I.e. numerical values/ IgG on your lab work, that’s all you have to submit. No vaccine needed.

CB needs the vaccine and titer for some reason so it’s prob giving @JSML0418 problems

Yes! You are right. I emailed Roxanna regarding this, and she was able to approve.

Hi! Does anyone know what are the chances of an alternate getting accepted? I'm an alt, and I mightttt be near the end of the list because I got my email late. I got most of the requirements done but I haven't bought CastleBranch yet. I'm debating if I should continue because it's pretty expensive and my position's not guaranteed ?

I think chances of a spot opening up are diminishing as the days go by. But I just declined mine cause I've committed to another school so check your email in the next days in case it's for you! Good luck!
