Do you have malpractice insurance?
Since it's against TOS to ask for legal advice, the other questions I have are:
1. What was the reason (without getting too specific) for the revocation;
And
2. what did the department of health or governing body have instructions as to if it was eligible to be up for appeal or if you can reverse the revocation?
The next best thing I suggest is getting legal advice for this issue.

Can CNAs even get malpractice insurance? I didn't think we'd qualify for something like that.

I also wanted to know . What are the posible reason that a CNA license can be revoked. Can anybody answer this for me . What could be a potential event that I can have my license to be revoked , suspended , ect. Thanksssss

Yes CNA's can get insurance from NSO.
Revocation reasons: patient abuse, criminal conviction, theft, drugs, criminal charges of child or elder neglect or abuse, theft, assault, burglary, murder, manslaughter, domestic violence, rape, sexual assault, statutory rape, impersonating a licensed healthcare professional
