Taking all tips and suggestions in regards to studying. I have exhausted my UWorld Qbank. I have the NCLEX Mastery App, Picmonics, NCSBN review, but nothing seems to match up with Uworlds Qbank! I also have this book, NCLEX made incredibly easy, but the questions are so basic, not critical enough.
Also, you know we can always get it down to the last two, so what did or do you do to select the correct one?
I had Kaplan and still use some of it but the decision tree takes awhile and doesn't work on every question.
Thanks in advance!!

Stick with UWORLD and understand not only the rationales but also the wrong answers because you WILL see the wrong answer information again in the rest of the qbank so pay attention to everything. you truly do not need to know the in depth pathophysiology. Its a test to know if you can recognize a stable patient vs unstable patient.
My only thing with sticking with Uworld is that I feel like I know the answers now. But I guess I can still just keep doing and reading. And I think I have grasped the concept of Stable Vs. Unstable and Actual Vs. Potential. I wish I could find another good Qbank and apply what I know to totally new questions!!
Thanks for your advice I will utilize it :)
Your welcome. Try to stick with one best Qbank and honestly Uworld is the best so far. If you memorized the answer make it a challenge and talk out loud why the answer is right and others are wrong. That will help :)
I was all over the place with many books and learning too in depth patho and freaking until i realize its mostly asking are you a safe nurse that can recognize signs of deterioration, risk and early and late deterioration.
Honestly, i may get dinged for saying this but NCLEX is a memorizing exam
Valid point. I think that's where I am. All these resources and when I see something I never heard of I freak out. I'll just keep redoing the Uworld because it really is awesome!!! Thanks again!
Yes, your welcome!!!
Look at this way you quality over quantity :) Take your time with rationales and repetition. One day do questions another day pretend you are teaching a class, next day write it out, type it out, record it on your phone and speak it out...switch it up :)
My secret is how i memorize things is I pretend I am teaching my "guy crush" and you know you want to shine so you will remember things. Its "emotional" study using my senses...it works though.

I would suggest that you make note cards of your weak points such as: concepts/diseases/precautions..etc.
Thanks. I did this for Nursing school. Never thought to do it for this. It's helping!!
