I have been out of LVN school since 2011 and have attempted the NCLEX PN once and failed. Am I still eligible to retake the test?

If am eligible what are the requirements I need to have?

please help with answers

After such a long time you will have to start from scratch the process but you can always check with the state board of nursing

Read or contact your state BON board of nursing they’re the most reliable source.  After that much time you’d have to relearn everything.  Start studying and buy new but used text books(fundamentals, medsurg, psych, pharmacology) as much has changed

Application to the BON. Most will only keep applications for a certain period and seeing as you said 2011 then too many years have lapsed with your file inactive
