Hi guys,
My question is that can a nursing class can be retaken after graduation.
My gpa is ok in nursing school but I want to increase it for a CRNA school in the future. I was told that gpa for crna school should be above 3.6.
I am graduating in this Jan and I know I cant graduate with 3.6
Is there any way to retake some class (that dont need clinicals or labs) after gradutaing nursing school? Is it possible maybe some online class?

Moved to SRNA forum. Might be better to just take some grad-level courses without actually being admitted to college.
Thank you! How do you take grad level course without being admitting to college?

I'm not sure where you are located and if this is offered all over the country, but in California where I'm located, many state colleges offer the College of Extended Learning. This is a program where you can sign up to take various classes (including graduate level). Of course, the catch is you can only register after the "regular" college students do since they have priority. There are also various degree programs offered through these colleges for non-traditional students such as yourself: those who already have BS or BA degrees and just need a few more classes in something, etc.
Again, I'm not sure if this is offered all over, but check on your local universities and state college websites.
Thank you for the info. I think I saw what you are talking about when I register my class. I will figure it out!
It does not have to be nursing related classes to bump up gpa for a crna school?

Omg. Your GPA is fine!! I promise you will be FINE. Save your money and don't retake classes!
If you haven't taken Ochem, many programs. Need this so take that and make an A. Or an undergrad genetics course.
