Retake in California

I was wonderin if anyone has recently retaken the Nclex-PN in California, I failed the first time back in June, once I submitted my application to retake along with the fee the next day to this day I never heard anything from the board. I waited a week to pay pearson and got my ATT, scheduled to test exactly 48 days after, got the "good pop up" and everyone who went with me got their results but I haven't, is this because I'm a retaker? Or because I took it too soon and didn't give enough time to the board to process my re-application? I've been calling all day, but keep getting told they are busy with too much traffic. Please HELP!!

I never got my letter of eligability in the mail the 2nd time but did get my ATT and tested 48 days after my last exam..

I didn't do a retake but I thought if you failed you just paid Pearson to schedule a new date after the required wait and took it. honestly if you are close enough I would drive down to Sacramento. I also had luck with emailing them when I had questions. They are understaffed and take awhile for some things. I graduated in jan. My school sent my papers to sacramento in march and Sacramento didn't send me the paperwork to test until July. I was bouncing off the walls! I had emailed like crazy, and they updated me on what days they were processing.
