Your experience should be in reverse chronological order. Objectives have been replaced with a professional summary. Remove the part about references because that is understood.

I'm wondering if you need to include all that jazz about your student nurse experiences... My thoughts are that they know where you went to school, and accredited programs will all expose you to the different specialties of nursing. You're fine to include things you've become familiarized with (i.e. EPIC), but there's no reason to say you worked under the supervision of a staff RN doing such and such at these places. You went to school, so this is already understood. Do you have any jobs prior to getting into nursing that would showcase other skills? Customer service? Research?

I think you should leave your clinical experience in your resume but tailor it to a specific specialty you are applying for. If that means you have a few different versions of your resume, then do it :)
I also agree with the chronological order of your resume needs to be changed.
Thanks so much for the feedback!
