Thank you in advance!

I am looking for a nursing position to advance my skills and challenge me, and to be part of a team that prides itself on compassion and advocacy. I actually like it the way you have written your resume'.
Here in Australia, they like to see your personal info and as crit care can be a stressful and demanding job, the managers like to know how you will/do deal with the stress from work so you don't get burnt out quickly.
Did you get the jo? :)
I would however put your "professional organizations" up after your education and then your
CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES after your professional experiences.

Your resume doesn't back up your "10 years of healthcare experience" statement, as you're only listing jobs from 2008 on, and in fact most of that is clinical experience. In addition, your volunteering statement is vague since you don't list actual duties or locations: for all the interviewer knows, you could have been there working a gift shop or running errands instead of performing actual healthcare duties, or you may only have put in minimal time volunteering over the years (e.g., a weekend every other month).
Whether you realize it, that statement and your resume comes across as somewhat misleading and may end up hurting more than helping you.
I think you need to include and elaborate on all this experience and/or retool your qualifications summary to more accurately reflect your actual experience.
