Researching and STUCK!

Heya Folks,

I'm trying to find a recent article in a nursing journal (MUST be a nursing journal) about the basics of CBC's. All it needs to explain is the components of a CBC and why they are important.

Seems a very simple task to find such an article, you'd think, but I just spent 2 hours running every search on every database I can think of!

Anyone seen such an article recently or have any suggestions for me?

I just searched CINAHL and still came up dry, dunno why. Yeah, I'd appreciate those citations, thanks!

I found it doing a google search. It is for CE credit but it is from "Pediatric Nursing" hope you can use it it is from 2003
