I am not so sure if they are currently hiring, however they accept applications since to my knowledge they conduct training every 3-4 months.you can pass the PTR once you are hired but the rest of the requirements should be passed together with your resume. for those who haven't been employed it is ok not to pass the TIN. that's all for now..good luck!:wink2:

i would just like to clarify something about the police clearance...from where should i request it? should it be from the city where i currently reside in, or from QC where capitol medical center is located? (I am not residing in QC)

Are all of these photocopies or the original ones? If these were the original, how can I submit two NBI's at the same time? I also need to submit an NBI at another hospital...

perhaps you should try to follow-up by calling..although most of the hospitals discourage folow-ups..But then there is no harm in trying:nono:

at times you need to be assertive,,sometimes the large pile of applications may tend them to overlook at some applications and reminding them that you have submitted your requirements may help..who knows they might just browse on your files again and reconsider your application:nuke:

Hi guys, I read some of the thread and I notice that some of you are still looking for jobs so I decided to post the requirements for Capitol Medical Center (the hospital where I used to work). For a brief background, capitol Medical Center is a 300 bed capacity hospital located in quezon city. it employs functional nursing. here are requirements:
1.(3) 2x2 pic with blue background
2. diploma
3.TOR
4. Board Certificate
5. Board Rating
6. RLE
7. PRC card
8. Professional Tax Receipt
9. SSS
10. TIN
11. NBI
12. Police clearance
13. NBI clearance
14. R. Certificate
15. Certificate of Seminars
16. Comprehensive Resume
