has anyone enrolled in the inaugural Accelerated BSN class that started january 2009? what are your impressions so far?

thank you,

topcat

That's awesome that you did well in the science! Everyone always says that is the hard part. What did you get combined?? I did ok in the math, but I am finishing my masters degree right now. I graduate in Dec, but I am doing it in science and math education, so I had math fresh in my head from the classes I had this and last term. I hope you get your interview soon! Good luck!

JSBSB,

That's good that you've done well on the science part. That's the part I'm worried about. I'll be taking my TEAS this week coming up. What's the best way to prepare for the science part. I only have a little time left to prepare for it.

Thanks.

Review your basic sciences... on my TEAS it had a fair and equal number of chemistry, anatomy, and physio. I don't recall much physics on there, maybe one or two questions. i took TEAS V, which format are you registered for?

Funny how the tests are different for everyone who takes them I suppose. I took version V and mine only had one A&P question and I had several physics questions. I also had a good bit of chemistry and a few earth science questions as well.

I suppose to be taking TEAS IV.

Medical One,

I suggest you take the practice test online. It will give you a better idea on what areas you need to concentrate on. I found it very useful.

Thanks Brooklynborn, I'll try that.

Has anyone else heard anything regarding acceptance?

I haven't heard a word! I've been checking the mail too and nothing yet! I'm going crazy waiting and waiting! They originally told me they were meeting either the 1st or 2nd week of Nov. and then would be sending out packets after that, but someone already got one, so I haven't a clue!! I am anxiously awaiting though!!

Just had my interview about 15 minutes ago... Hopefully we will all get to see each other in the near future.

Hope the interview went well! :) And I definetly hope we will be able to see each other soon! Remington is my first choice, but if I don't get into Remington I think I will try UCF even though I have heard that is next to impossible!

I have a few questions for those of you who interviewed already... who did you interview with? after the interview did your interviewer give you any details about class start dates, orientation, vaccine details, health insurance requirements, ect.? what did your interviewer say to you after the Q&A part of your interview?
