The job market is great for RN's with experience....not so good for new grads. We have 3 hospitals: Pinnacle Health, Holy Spirit, Hershey Medical Center. We have 1 in patient psych unit, PA Psychiatric Institute. We have many LTC facilities, Seclect Specialty hospitals, and Health South. With your experience, your opportunities should be many and you will get your choice. The pay at the hospitals starts at $24 & caps at $28. LTC starts at $25, I make $31.50 as a per diem. Of course, weekends pay more & you get shift diff at most facilities. My hospital of choice would be Hershey Medical....and plus you get 75% off tuition at any Penn State campus :)
A good website to checkout would be Indeed.com and search for RN jobs. It will take you directly to the employer's website & you will be able to see whats out there. As far as living arrangements....stay out of center city. Anywhere in Hershey is nice, and Cumberland county is across the Susquehanna river & is a beautiful place to live.
If you have specific questions about a facility, PM me. I won't give positive or negative feedback here, lol.
Thank you , this has been very helpful.

Middletown and Elizabeth town are also nice areas to reside - low taxes...as is Paxton township, Linglestown, Derry Twp - I agree with the PP - stay FAR away from downtown HBG!!
