registration at pearson vue

hello guys! i need help.. i live in manila & i want to register at pearson vue so i can have my ATT released & registration costs $200, the thing is i dont have a credit card can i just ask my friend who lives abroad to pay for my registration thru her debit card even if she doesnt live here? and for test scheduling can she also call them to schedule for my test since i dont have a debit card? how did u guys settle yur payment? thank you! :redpinkhe

You will need to do the manual registration. The form comes from Pearson-Vue. Very few people do this anymore as it takes very long and you need to get hold of the manual registration form. The instructions are on the link I posted. Bank draft should be fine.

Much easier if registration is done on-line and paid via credit card or debit card and if you already have friend who has a c.c. who would be registering as well then I see no reason why you can't do it on-line.

the reason why i cant do online even if i wanted to is that i do not have a single person who would lend me a cc thats the reason why im trying to look for a solution or any other way how to register at pearson vue, if there is.. then i wouldnt go for a bank draft by the time that im going to have my schedule can i also use bank draft to pay he $150? thank you so much lawrence! :redpinkhe
