How do i transfer schools? how does this work?

Ok so i am a senior in highschool this year and i am looking at colleges... MY question is... how do i transfer from a community college to a university? Do i earn my associate's degree first? then transfer? or would i tell them that i want to transfer and they will give me some type of other degree that i need to transfer to univeristy to get a Bsn orsomething.

i want to be a registered nurse when i grow up and i want to be promoted to mangament and stuff. so which degree would i need?

i live in ny btw.

If your ultimate goal is management you are going to need the Bachelor's Degree, but you don't have to get that first, you can get an Associates Degree RN and transfer. It's a matter of applying to the transferring school and sending your transcripts from the first school to them. It's a painless and easy process. I've transferred From Georgia State University to Fayetteville Community College to Saint Petersburg College to Florida Hospital College of Health Sciences over the years. :)
