Do you guys think we'll get an update on Friday regarding the alternate wait-list?

It's it suppose to be at the end of every month?

Yah I am assuming we will get the update either the end of this week or early next week. I have heard nothing unfortunately so I qouls be intrested to see if anyone has dropped. I wonder what other schools the people are waiting to hear back from and when will they hear back and make their final decision.

Does anyone know when University of Colorado sends ABSN acceptances?

According to the university of CO website they were told by the end of August. Which would have been before any of us heard back from the school so if people go into that one then Im sure they immediately turned down Regis and were not apart of the original full class. I am on the waiting list still and from the emails seems that no one has moved... Which is rough. I am out of state so any last minute moves they said they would not give to people who are not from the area. Im assuming If i hear nothing by end of November then I should look into working towards another school. The next Cohort has half the people so I figure if i do not get into this one which takes more I probably will not get into the next one either. :/

That's just soo strange. I belong to the facebook UCAN group and most of the people didn't find out until end of August - early September.

There are at least 8 people that said they emailed Kayla and declined Regis acceptance.

Why at the end of September then did we get a email saying there has not been anyone that dropped?

I think it is because they just then sent acceptance letters to people before they even told them they were on the waitlist. Or that is what she made it seem like when I took a tour with her a few months ago. I think they waited a bit before sending out waitlisted letters.

So weird.. I just thought it was really unusual that nobody dropped. It's unheard of...

If everyone can keep us posted on here of their status, that would be awesome.

I think this is a great way to stay in the loop and I feel like we're ALL in the same exact boat... WAITLISTED

Yes for sure. We should also be getting a message Kayla in the next few days to see if anyone has been moved off it yet or not. Is very strange though as she said last Jan start they had 20 people move off the waitlist!

Guys Kayla said so far 17 people moved from the waitlist so I was like ughhh??!!! That's great but unfortunately I was not one of them until then i am applying for the May cohort

I was looking at the email Kayla sent on Wednesday and I think I'm just going crazy waiting but the email said "As of today, we have selected seventeen alternates to join our class" do you think all 17 have confirmed or they had just "Selected" who they would call?
