Regis University ABSN Spring 2019

Hi everyone!

This forum is for students who applied to the Regis University Accelerated BSN Program for Spring 2019, in Denver, CO. If one already exists please let me know.

Does anyone know about the decision timeline coming up? I applied a couple months ago and am waiting to hear. I got an Application Complete email a couple weeks ago.

Share any info or questions you might have!

I think because it said it is full that they have already talked to the people who were selected as alternates and they have confirmed they want to join the class..I am still on the waiting list to and trying to decide if it is worth me spending 600$ on doing health care ethics starting next week online at Rio Salada or save that money since I probably will not be moved off the waitlist. I am also trying to do pre recs for a school in the bay area which I have a better chance of getting into.I wish they just did a waitlist order so I could know whether I am close or not!

Yeah, I guess I'm over thinking it. I paid $1600 to take it at Regis and am waitlisted as well and have literally NOT heard anything and the health care ethics course was only required for Regis.

Unless, people applied to other schools who have not notified yet I don't see the drop happening. I know I applied to a private school in CA who is starting to notify students between now and thanksgiving.

I just got notified of a acceptance from a school in California.

Do you think any Regis students are going to drop? I just noticed CA schools are starting with their admission notifications.

Regis is my number one choice, so my fingers are still crossed.

I heard two more people were accepted of the alternate list.

We are officially down to the last few weeks.

Anyone apply for the Spring cohort?

We should be hearing regarding that application status relatively soon?

Hey all! I was just accepted into Regis' Accelerated Nursing program starting in May 2019... just wondered if there were any others that had been accepted into the class and wanted to say hello!

Maybe we can make a facebook group or something?

Hi! I just got accepted as well and submitted my intent to enroll. I don't see a Facebook group yet but yes, let's definitely create one! Let me know if you are or I can do it too. Can't wait to meet you all!

This is regarding the JAN 2019 term.

anyone else who submitted their intent having second thoughts or got accepted into another school?

I just received an acceptance from another school and really having second thoughts about Regis.

Any advice on how to pick between two schools and anybody else going through the same stuff?

You should definitely make a Facebook group! Let me know what to search for to find it. :) So glad to find others interested in the program!
