Hey RedRibbons!

So glad to hear somebody else is out there too! I've been a long time lurker on this website but have never posted, and thought, well, why not!

I'm in the same boat as you!! Had my interview about 2 weeks before Thanksgiving, went very smoothly and I felt pretty good after I got off the phone. Let you know if I hear any news! Checking my mailbox in hopes of good news of course! Future classmates I hope! :)

Phew, somebody else is playing the waiting game with me as well! I've read other Regis College/Lawrence Memorial threads and some people said they heard as late as Christmas Eve! I'm all the way over on the west coast, so maybe I'll hear after? I guess it all depends on how many applicants they received for early decision...I don't know, maybe I'm over analyzing every possibility haha....I hope the snow storm isn't delaying the mail either, I'm growing more impatient with each day...

What a wonderful Christmas present that would be!

I'm a bit nervous because my GRE scores were less than stellar but my pre-req GPA is a 3.5! My letter of recommendations are great and my essay great as well!

From the looks of this discussion board, we seem to be the only contenders for early decision...things are looking up! :)

If you don't mind my asking, what was your GPA/GRE scores? Just wondering if I even have a chance.

Hey all!

Just wanted to remind anyone who is reading this that this thread is for Regis College in Weston Mass who applied to the December 6th 2010 early decision deadline for Fall 2011 start...not sure if that was entirely clear with the title...

Don't stress about the GRE, I'm sure there are a bunch of people in your same boat, including me! I took it more than once and didn't improve that much...the GRE and me just aren't very compatible. Like you, everything else is very strong, including tons of volunteer work! They look at the application as a whole.

Mid-December now...trying to keep myself busy...ahh the waiting...

I guess us west coasters...still no word yet, ...I'm assuming Wednesday was the last day the admissions committee was in the office, so if they did send stuff out it would have been Wednesday or Tuesday and I should hear by Friday or after Christmas...over analyzing a bit, yes maybe haha....

it's killing me because I am going out of town on December 30th for 2 weeks and won't be able to turn that key on the mailbox and find my letter!!

I hope I hear before then!

Keep me posted if you hear any news!

Nobody has posted anything about receiving their acceptance letters so I'm assuming that's a good thing? Again over analyzing...I find it keeps my mind occupied haha :rolleyes:

Phew! I'm so glad I found this thread! I applied late last year, was wait listed, and re-applied as soon as the application for 2011 was up. I'm on the east coast and have been anxiously awaiting a decision- I definitely thought I would have heard something by now! Has anyone heard anything yet?

I had my interview about a month ago. I was told that while they were hoping to send out decisions before the holidays, they couldn't guarantee that they could. They said we should hear back from the school by mid-January at the latest.

Hopefully we will all hear sooner rather than later, I don't think I can handle another two weeks of this anxiety!

Yay! I'm not the only one! So glad were all in the same boat...the waiting is killing me!

I traveled from the west coast and attended the November information session and just loved the program and the school! I lived in Boston years ago and would love to get back to the New England area and God willing attend Regis!

Keeping my fingers crossed for all of us! Please post anything as soon as you hear something!

Cheers to hopefully future classmates!!

I thought for sure I'd hear something yesterday or today...but that's ok...I've tried to accept that it's out of my hands and have done everything I can...

Trying to be in the present moment as much as possible and not think about the next 2 weeks as I wait (as we wait) for a very important piece of mail...admittedly it's not that easy, I'm sure many of you agree :)
