Hi all,

I just need to ask a question as I need some advice how to proceed. I had an interview and I find out they require 3 to 4 references. Now the problem is the previous employer I resigned and left on bad terms. I was being accused of false things and I involved the union, etc. Now the interviewer wants to have a manager from there to contact as a reference. What should I do?

The current references are for my current job, but the previous employment I am not sure what or how to deal with it because I do not want to ruin my chances.

Please advice and let me know what your thoughts are.
