I got an email from a recruiter about 45 minutes ago (around 445pm) from an out of state hospital I applied to. She wants to have a 5-10 minute conversation with me to get some additional information about my experience and my interest. She said I should let her know when I'm available during the time slots provided. She then gave me one time slot for tomorrow between 130-230 pm. I am working 11a-11p tomorrow and I work in the ER so there's no guaranteeing I am available. Is some way to weed out people? Or does she want to see how I respond? She also said that she will not reply back but she will see my response.
How should I approach this?

Is she going to call you on your cell phone? E-mail back that you are currently working, (she should know this from your resume), you will be at work those hours, there is no guarantee when she calls you will be even able to answer your phone, or that it will have to be a very brief conversation.
Let her know you are still very interested in the position.
Giver her some better times to contact you if you are unable to speak with her during those hour.
Best of luck.

E-mail back stating due to working you are not available at any of the suggested times and offer up some times when you will be available for a phone interview. If the job falls through due to being unavailable for a 30 minute time slot during the working day on less than 24 hours notice, this may not be an organization you want to work for anyway.
