Reapplying to a job

In January I interviewed for a new grad residency and did not get the job. On the hospital's website it states they have another residency starting in August. Do you think I should try to reapply or should I try to find a job elsewhere since they did not hire me in the first interview.

Any tips and suggestions will be appreciated.

I would reapply there and also apply several other places as well. I never pour all of my hopes into one particular position.
