Just thought I would start a new thread for the current application cycle. Questions... stats... rumors... etc!
My question is... for those applying this cycle, how did you do on the TEAS V? Since this is the first year they are using this test, it would be nice to see how everyone is doing.
(Please don't post TEAS 3 or TEAS 4 results, as the scores are NOT comparable with the TEAS V.)
nef203 - you give me hope! even though i applied to CCC, your stats are close to mine. i hope i got in!! i want to leave work but my mail wont arrive til 330 anyway so it wont do any good. and i have my other job tonight until 6/630...ugh the anticipation!!!

thanks allforthekidds... i was worried about that but like how it is accelerated. i plan to work full time until jan 2012, and then get a job babysitting (which i did in college)!.
Hi all, I'm new here. I have been watching this thread for the last couple of days and I'm super excited to see everyone getting their letters! I'm scared when I see that many of you did really well on the TEAS. I have a 4.0 and an A in A & P, but my TEAS is only a 66.6% When a test is timed like that one was (especially per section)I get worked up. I timed out on the math and reading sections. I was so disappointed! I'm a hard working student and that test did not reflect how I am as a student. I hope to hear today and like you guys, I'm stalking my mail!
@haveobeanurse: don't worry, I think your ranking number would be around 91, mine is around 93.3 and I have 3.8 GPA, 83.3 TEAS, A API. I think you still have a very good chance to get in!
Thanks NurseWannaBe! You gave some encouragement! I'm trying for CCC. It's the only nursing program that's close to me. The rest are just to far of a drive. I wish MCC would get a nursing program. It would be great if all the CT community colleges had a program.
