Ready to Apply CT Community Colleges- Nursing Program 2011

Hello all,

It's almost that time of year again! I'm applying to the 2011 class which the application period begins this November 1st. We have two months to prepare our applications! Anyone else applying? I've seen the support the last year's class has with this sort of thread and I figured there should be one started for 2011 applicants. What is your TEAS score? GPA? A&P I grade? What were the averages that the 2010 applicants had and they are now starting the fall 2010 program?? Good luck!!!

Personally, I think that the CC's like having as many people apply as possible. They don't ever mind releasing how many people applied to each program- just what their stats are... makes you wonder.

I am waitlisted again this year (3rd time in a row) for Gateway.

I'm going to Southern, I figure I could've finished my Bachelors Degree in the time I've spent waiting for Gateway AND graduated with a BSN.

What was your wait list number those years if you don't mind me asking? I am wait listed at TRCC and I'll be graduating next month with an Associates in Liberal Arts and Sciences. I just want to know if I should stick around and try again in the Fall if I don't get in, or if I should look into state schools.

acceptance letter came today in the mail, got into NVCC my first choice! congrats everyone, and don't give up those who didn't get in! you'll make it next year!

So disappointed...I am number 10 on the waitlist for three rivers. Does anybody know how many people originally on the wait list got in last year??
