good day to all

i am currently not in US right now because of work. but i am planning to take NCLEX RN again next year when i get back in country. but here is my story:

i failed four times already and i graduated 2004. I am planning to give it a shot again next year. reason being i was busy at work as i serve in military. being the last test was 8 Oct 2007 , is there any change of rule that may barr or ramiffication that will not allow me to retake NCLEX-RN?

if you got any help please post, pm or email me.

You may want to check on your state's policy regarding retakes.

from what state are you?

Did you receive you fail letter or are you able too keep it?

I'm sure there is something written there regarding retakes?

i do have all my failed reciept at stateside not with me right now. my problem is its not written anywhere there. thats one of the reason why i'm asking around and doing some digging now. i just want to find out if i can still take it or if not

what do i need to do or submit to be able to take NCLEX RN again.

edit:

I sent an email to NY OPSED just today, and i'm awaiting reponse. I hope i can take it and pass it.

I'm reviewing right now and since I got a lot of time to spare with my hands right now.

Actually, talk to someone BON they would be able to tell u. I'm also testing again and the only thing I had to do was pay the fees. I mean it was the same state. Are u testing in the same state? just give them a call. Good Luck.

Guess you have to wait for the reply. Good luck on your review. :)

Quote" not been any changes. Once an applicant has been made eligible with us, there is NO expiration date for this eligibility and once your education has been verified, it's on our computer system and it also does NOT expire. There is NO limit to how many times you can sit for the NCLEX exam and you do NOT have to reapply with us again once you've been made eligible. You will only have to pay Pearson Vue again their exam fee."

as per the email i recieved so I am preparing right now.

using my spare time to study while at work.

thnx guys.
