I get letter states submit a new application, with the fee of 139, Do I still need to do fingerprint and background check? Thanks any input.

How long ago did you submit first application.?If less than 12 -24 months I don't think you have to re do them again. All depends on how long ago you submitted initial application

I applied first one in this Jan. and now the second one, I just can't understand the letter sent to me from TBON says submit a new application. I may call them on monday to ask. thanks!

i had to take the nclex- rn twice and for the second one i just sent my money and a new app in.....hope this helps...i waited exactly 45 days after failing my first nclex to test...
