:nurse:Hi ,i just move to Bc from Montreal , i`am Bsn and i want to apply for the celban test but if you said that the Toeic or Melab are the better option because i know that celban test is not really easy just let me know if the Toeic test is more easy thant the celban

Melab was offered thru MI where it was originally designed. It is not being used anymore in most places.
TOEIC is only basic English and does not provide speaking section or writing section so does not meet the language requirement exam if needed by a province or state in the US. They usually want to see proof of speaking skills.
I would suggest that you have a good read on the International Forum about the different English exams that are usually used.
