Hello everyone. I have a question that I cannot wait until Monday to call the Board about, and I need answers please...
I am retaking my exam and am filling out an application right now. As I am filling out the application, I have this concern about the "Address" section. When I took the NCLEX for the first time, I lived in CA. But I moved to WA permanently 5 months ago. I was wondering if I should put my CURRENT address here in WA on my reexam application, or should I put my address in CA because that's what I put on the ORIGINAL application. I just don't want my application to be rejected and I want to retake my exam ASAP.
If anyone has clear answers, I need help please... Thank you and God bless!

It is safe to put the Washington address on your application just as long as it is your permanent address (read: where you live). Good luck with this NCLEX retake.

It's better to get original license in WA anyway lol. They use NURSYS verification system so it is much easier to endorse out and what have you. And the LPN scope of practice is WAY wider! :) good luck
