RCC Nursing Program Spring 2022 (ADN)

Hello everyone, 

I am starting this to share information and keep in touch just incase some of us hear back sooner than others. This is for those who plan to submit an application to the ADN program for Spring 2022. Any questions feel free to ask and hopefully this is helpful(:

Does anyone know if the Nursing workshop is mandatory?

Hi guys, I was wondering if you know it is okay to turn in the application first before the school accepts your transcripts? I had sent in my transcripts to the school about two weeks ago, and they still haven't accepted or processed them yet >,< I emailed them a couple of times, but they just keep telling me to give them 7-10 business days

You should be fine because I have put on my transcripts from another school to send when my final grades are posted which is in august.

Honestly you should call to speak with AB or JU. Or go down directly to the school to ask about the transcripts.

Hi everyone! My name is Henazhi. I applied for the ADN and the BSN track. I am on the same page as stormii I have not gotten the confirmation that RCC has received my transcripts from my other school but my school sent me an email that RCC did receive them. I also have not gotten my confirmation email still waiting on that :(!!

RCC won’t send out an email saying they received them. If you have access to you web advisor it should say under transcripts if they received them(:

Hey! It will probably take about 2 weeks for them to get it & process them! I submitted my transcripts on July 10 + 11, and I just checked my portal and saw that they got one of my transcripts in on Friday, and they are processing my second transcript since this morning!

Lucia, how many points do you have going in before the HESI or TEAS?

Hi everyone! I submitted my application on the 1st and got my confirmation email last week. I'm applying with 54 points before the TEAS and a 4.0 GPA in science classes. I'm studying for the TEAS and I'm so nevous!! Where else are you guy's applying?

Wow rose that’s great I’m 99 % sure you will get in as long as you do good on the TEAS

Hi guys, I had a question regarding the whole process! 
 

so the only things we needed to do so far was:

- fill out Adobe nursing application & turn it in

- turn in any supporting documents (aka if you had any healthcare volunteer/work experience) 

- wait for the documents to be signed back by A.B. 


That’s all we had to do so far, right? Or were there anything else I needed to do?
