RCC Nursing Fall 2019

Hello! I thought I'd start this thread for anyone who is applying for the RN program at Riverside City College for Fall 2019! Let's all chat! :)

Its ok i’m unlucky too with everything in life, my older sister and middle sister got into rcc, year after year but rejected me after i was the last to apply lol They knew exactly who i was yet they rejected me like that.

Hi guys. I've been following this thread along with you all and playing the waiting game.

I called the other day and spoke with Steven. He said they are now suppose to notify us by the middle of June because of all the unexpected setbacks or whatever it is.

Thank you for the update. I figured it was going to be June after all ? but I stopped calling & stressing. I got accepted to Chaffey so I will probably end up going there. Not sure if I’ll have time to wait for RCC because of the deadlines that I have =/

Congrats yay!! I heard some people say Chaffey is an excellent program!

For those who took the TEAS, did it have any microbiology questions? Or, is it mainly AP, chem and general bio?

I took the TEAS a bit ago, from what i remember, it didn't have micro. If it did, it must have not been much

I don’t remember any micro mostly a&p chemistry

HELP! Just wanted to know if RCC nursing only accepts A&P 1 and 2 or do they take Human Anatomy and Human physiology as a series? I took it at valley bio 260 and 261

You should be good ? I took some of my pre-reqs out of the district and they accepted them no problem. I think the most important thing for A&P is that it is a 2 semester sequence.
