  1. I can in my power guarantee you that ANY doctor who took the NCLEX (without preparing for NCLEX) will MISERABLY fail. I am not saying the NCLEX is hard, it is MUCH DIFFERENT than ANY of the tests they take. YOU MUST take a coorifice prep that is designed for the NCLEX. The NCLEX questions are very specific to aligned programs that teach you how to take that test. You have to in other words be very good at picking up concepts of how to take the NCLEX. YOU HAVE TO prepare for the NCLEX itself in the way the NCLEX wants LOL and THAT will require specific training. I hate people who make it seem like doctor's can do what nurses can. The teaching and philosophy of nursing is SO much more different. An NCLEX question can say, "A patient who was islamic has just died selected all that apply "Turn the patient to the right" "Turn the patient to left later" "Wash the patient with a cold wrap" "Put 3 pillows behind the patients head" Unless you are die hard islamic or in the MAJOR lucks of luck heard this question somewhere OR have STUDIED NCLEX preps and kinds of questions YOU WOULD NEVER ANSWER THAT RIGHT LOL. A doctor would NOT know this kind of thing!! SO PLEASE to answer your question a doctor will NOTTTTT pass NCLEX idc what anyone says. The NCLEX is designed very specially to itself that ONLY people who have tailored to the programs of coorifice prep and grasped the concepts will truly know how to take the test!!
  2. Ive been accepted for spring!!! See you guys there!!! :) i added this group :)
  3. Couple more weeks until we hear about our acceptances! I was told early December they would be calling!
  4. Hi! I got a call for an interview for this week!! Have you got a call?
  5. I took my critical thinking test, it was very challenging, but I passed! I'd happily take the TEAS again over that test, but overall its pretty quick, and if you focus on what it's asking you, it's not so bad overall! Do you have a job? You have wonderful stats, thats awesome, I already submitted my entire application, and all the required components!
  6. Why were you waitlisted? Did it have anything to do with scores GPA etc??
  7. Congrats to all! Good luck! Maybe well see eachother down the road! I am applying to the March 2020 class I just took my TEAS scored a 75 thank God, and about to take my critical thinking test next friday. My deadline is November, i am anticipating on getting in for March 2020. I could had been in the winter 2020 but i choose March 2020 session. Does anyone know when they will start interviewing and accepting? Maybe before the year ends i’ll definitely know my answer right?
  8. Yeah, theres no 1000 applications to this school, realistically a 100-120 applications per quarter and half are accepted the other half are not qualified so that small amount who dont get in, will probably get in the next quarter.
  9. I highly doubt Loma Linda gets 1000 applications, i heard its like 200 at the veryyyy max
  10. Is anyone here applying in hopes of getting into the March 2020 cohort? If so, what is your GPA, and TEAS scores? Also what are some tips in doing good on the TEAS?
  11. The deadline is on November! Who is applying to this one? Just wanted to see who has completed the TEAS, what are your scores?! What are you GPA's?! I am currently working on my application! ? And Hello to my future Cohert (if we meet along the way!!)
  12. Aichkova how did you get from 64 to the 80s on your teas what did you do? I literally got a 64 too, and am retaking it to reach hopefully at the 80s, ? im scared ? I have good grades, but these TEAS! ?
  13. Its ok i’m unlucky too with everything in life, my older sister and middle sister got into rcc, year after year but rejected me after i was the last to apply lol They knew exactly who i was yet they rejected me like that.
  14. I know someone who got into RCC with a 64 on the TEAS, that was her first attempt in applying for RCC, she was in as an alternative, it is all about luck.
