RCC Nursing Fall 2019

Hello! I thought I'd start this thread for anyone who is applying for the RN program at Riverside City College for Fall 2019! Let's all chat! :)

she also said the spring break for RCC is next week (4/8 - 4/12)...

so I'm wondering if the nursing dept is even open?

Hmmm...isn’t every dept. at RCC closed during spring break? I’m hoping so lol maybe it’ll push him to send out those emails this week. I feel bad saying that because I’m sure it’s a lot of work for one person but ugh we need to know

I’m sure they are getting bombarded w/ calls and emails... But, we were suppose to find out the beginning of March, which turned into late March, now April... So, it’s to be expected that we want to know... Maybe, hire more ppl to do the evals, just saying??‍♀️

I totally agree. It’s just getting really frustrating now ?

Hi everyone! For those who were accepted into the CEP program, I was just wondering if anyone has received an email or anything in regards to the program after completing the background check/ drug screen ? So far, I’ve received a confirmation email from S after I accepted my admissions offer, an email for the background check/ drug screen and vaccination deadlines, and another email with the program course outline. I haven’t heard anything in over a week now, so I just wanted to check with all of you first before I called to bug them lol

I’ve only received the three same emails. I hate to make assumptions but I’m thinking S is focusing more on getting the ADN applications and acceptances squared away before we hear anything else. If anyone else has heard anything, please let us know!

I only received the acceptance email and the background/ drug screen email nothing more..I completed both already and waiting for what's next? Anything else we need to do besides drug/background? I haven't received the course outline or vaccination deadlines.
