What's the worst thing you've found in your scrub top/bottom pockets upon arriving home.

Meds? Syringes? Alcohol Pads? Medipore Tape? Insulin Vial?

What's the worst thing you've found in your scrub top/bottom pockets upon arriving home.

Meds? Syringes? Alcohol Pads? Medipore Tape? Insulin Vial?

Usually PPD vials, but I went home with the narc keys on Christmas Eve and had to high tail it back just as we were opening gifts.

Insulin pen and a metoprolol 100 that needed to be returned to pixis. I try to empty pockets to my nurse bag for this reason. I live 45 min away. I don't think I could even drive back. I might fall asleep.

Yes-the infamous narc keys! Driving them back was particularly annoying since I lived 45 miles from work!

I've forgotten the dang PCA keys... I too live 40 minutes away. Yes it sucks.

Don't ask me how but I took a telemetry monitor box home once, it was in my lab coat pocket.

I personally have never left with anything in my scrub pocket, as I always changed clothes before leaving the building, thus emptying/checking said pockets, but I have had to wait for keys to be brought back- very aggravating, oh yeah...

I was at my SIL's house and my baby nephew was there and they were recording his first reading of 'Twas The Night Before Christmas, and you see me in the back round, pull out the narc keys and yell **** ! I'm going back to work!
