hi fellow nurses. i applied in qmmc in project 4, qc for the nurse trainee position. i was scheduled for the exam on april 13, 2010. i just want to ask you guys who have taken the exams before in qmmc on what i should be reviewing? do you have any tips on what i should read or review?! please, any help/tips would be appreciated. thanks and God bless you all.

hello everyone!any updates for those who have taken thier exams!how was it guys?iis it true that everyone who will be taking the exam will be part of the training? ive been there a while ago and scheduled for my exam on july 6.

If you pass the qualifying exam...I went there this afternoon and I'm also scheduled this coming July 6 at 1:00pm. Good luck to us..

every body who takes the exam will be included in the program (PNTP). it doesnt matter if you fail the said exam. when you take the exam, you will know your date of deployment, your designation and now the date of your orientation. i am on my 5th week now as a PNTP-trainee in the medicine ward.

hi guys.. anyone here knows how to commute from fairview to QMMC hospital.. or even from Gateway cubao.. thanks..

Very easy Simply Jane,..Okay, you have to drop by in Cubao MRT Station, take a walk from MRT station to the jeepney terminal..You have to look at the sign board of the jeep, it should be Proj 4 and just tell the driver that you'll be getting off at QMMC..And there...that's it..

im glad to hear that kingpin though i still need to scan my notes in case..how many weeks do you think from the day of exam for us to start, in case we are included in the said training?

Do I have a chance of getting a seat to take the examination if I submit the requirements sans board cert? I'm going to file for a copy of my board cert this Tuesday then go to QMMC to pass the requirements. Do you guys think they'll accept my application or will I be wasting my time going there with incomplete requirements?

once you've taken the exam, you will wait for a week then you'll have your orientation at the nursing office. then on that day, you'll know your date of deployment and designation.

we work for 4 days a week. and yes we pay for the training, 1000/month. the exam consist of meds computation, transcribing orders and other basic nursing principles. goodluck

Thank you felicity.. I took that way going to QMMC even though it was too far from fairview.. =)

Kingpin, I just had my exam awhile ago but I was wondering that why they didn't gave us the date of deployment, designation and the date of orientation as what you said.. They told us to call them on the 2nd week of June if we passed the exam..

Asst. Chief Nurse of QMMC told to us that they were going to choose fewer trainees to enhace learning experience... I just don't know if they implementing that already.
