Quincy college

Anyone here been accepted and/or currently a nursing student at Quincy college? What was your gpa and teas scores?! I don't know anyone in their programs so I have no idea what to expect! Please and thank you!!

They have poor organization and bad organizational skills.

It is a bit challenging, but you are right, the cost is definitely better. Plus, the way they weed out the weak the first year, you will know you made it second year. I got my acceptance letter in May, to start in September, full time RN. Oh and don't believe you when they say 7-3pm, to be available. Be available, nights and weekends too. It's anyone's game for clinical.

I don't hate it but I do hate having my clinical changed multiple times, being behind now 2 weeks of clinical due to them not having a clinical instructor and the overall lack of communication. I am learning a lot in lecture and like my professor but clinical schedules are a joke.

Oh it gets so much worse second year! Gotta roll with it. We had two instructors quit on us too. Now we have an extra day of lecture per week to make up snow days. May 28 can't come fast enough.

If it helps, the program doesn't last forever.
